Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production specialist for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely manner while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 50lbs as needed.
Reports to: Production Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read routing and perform work as assigned by department lead/manager
- Ensure that productions requirement and standards are met consistently
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Complete packaging tasks such as auto- bagging, box assembly, and taping
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
- Report any machinery issues to management
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Able to work overtime as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift 50lbs as needed
- Able to work standing and or sitting as required
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
Hours Available:
- 1St shift 7am to 4pm, Monday-Thursday; Friday 7am-1pm
