Our Face-To-Face Philosophy
Online relationships are difficult to make, hard to maintain and even harder to grow. As with any relationship – whether social or professional – it’s important that the parties trust each other.
At Components Company, we recognize the importance of the relationships we have with our customers. We want to earn their trust by listening to their problems in person and having productive conversations to come up with real solutions.
We want to put our faces behind our company name. As such, we don’t want our customers to have a relationship with just an avatar.
The In-Person Advantage
We believe there are many advantages to conducting business in person. Gaining our customers’ trust is one. But there are others.
We believe our willingness to meet at a customer’s facility allows us to better understand the problem our customer is trying to solve or the product they are trying to create.
On the other hand, our willingness to have our customers visit our facility gives them an opportunity to witness firsthand how we operate and our commitment to quality assurance.
There are just some situations where meeting in person makes a difference. It might ultimately take longer than a Skype call, but we believe the time we invest in our customers through face-to-face meetings is time well invested.
