Our Customer Service Department’s Commitment
Our award-winning customer service department doesn’t just work behind the scenes. The customer service positions are hybrids – they include some sales work too. All of our employees are always trained to meet your unique needs; including our customer service workers.
They are experts across all industries, have outstanding responsiveness and are dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction.
New to the Department
We would like to introduce our most recent hire in our customer service department is Account Specialist John Casey. He joined us in January 2019.
John is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering.
John, like everyone else on our team, loves to get out and meet with our customers. This helps make the relationship between our customers more meaningful.
On the Horizon
The customer service team is in the process of upgrading the current ERP, or enterprise resource planning, software. ERP systems allow businesses to integrate company applications such as sales and automate responses to different departments.
We also plan to keep working on long-term relationships with our customers and to commit to improvements in our software, systems and processes. Customer service has always been top of mind and will continue to be as we head into 2020.
